Would you believe it? It is January 27th already! But rumor has it that the 2012 Walnut Beach Art Strolls, in its 4th year!, will begin next week on Thursday, February 2nd! OMG! it isn't a rumor it REALLY is going to happen....This beautiful mild weather will make it easier on walking the Avenue to Broadway - no ice and snow...

Firehouse Gallery will be hosting an Opening Reception for the exhibit "Still Life" on Thursday, February 2nd from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. You must start there and see who will be the winners of the juried show! After you have visited and had seen all of the art work stroll down the Avenue to 42 Naugatuck...

Maybe Tim Payson will be on hand playing is melodious music...

And after you find that book, pick up a "bunch of flowers" head across the street to Taste & See and "See" what they are baking...There are so many flavors of cupcakes you won't be able to decide! Oh well, you are just going to have pick up one of each....take them home with your book, flowers and that bottle of wine...
